We came to Next Level in the fall of 2024 after my son had played 5 seasons in Roadrunner little league. From the moment we got to the Next Level tryout I could tell that this club was different from the others, and that this one was the one we wanted to be with. Jim focuses on quantitative assessment of players’ capabilities, as well as skills/fundamentals, and character/attitude. I truly believe that this approach will allow my son to develop to his maximum potential as a ball player. At Next Level the degree of technical instruction to improve skills, the rigorous focus on developing strength/fitness and athletic ability, and the instruction provided on embodiment of professionalism on and off the field is unmatched in my opinion. I am very grateful for what we’ve found at Next Level, and my son and I are extremely enthusiastic about what this season and future seasons with Next Level hold.

Baseball has been a huge part of my life—I was a college-recruited player and coached youth baseball for a while, then JV for a short time. I’ve always been passionate about coaching, but after seeing the state of high school baseball today, I stepped away. We tried other programs, but they focused more on money than real development. Then we found Next Level. The owner is intense, and my wife was skeptical at first. But his knowledge and ability to push the kids is exactly what my son needed. It’s tough, but it works. My son is finally getting real instruction, and I can see the difference.
