Team Rules and Policies
Our mission at Next Level Baseball Academy is building a “well rounded” baseball player from the mindset of baseball and to refine all 5 tools needed to be successful in any position on the field. Sportsmanship, work ethic and enjoyment of the game will always be a must for all coaches and players. Next Level strives to assist and provide life skills essential to personal development. We will train all ability levels for the opportunity to maximize their potential. We will train everyone’s mind and body to be ready and successful for the Next Level of Baseball!
Next Level Baseball Academy will:
1. Employ a dedicated team of professionals whose goal is excellence on and off the field.
2. Establish player and parent relationships to help guide them in the high school and college
recruiting process, and forums for parents to communicate with coaches.
3. Ensure players will be trained in the latest techniques and drills from colleges and Pro’s.
4. Establish a portfolio of training and statistics throughout the time with Next Level to utilize
in every step of the college bound student athlete.
Player Conduct
Every player in Next Level Baseball Academy is expected to conduct themselves on and off the
field will honor, respect and sportsmanship. Next Level wants other organizations and the baseball
community to identify our club with exemplary professionalism and conduct of all our players! Nothing
less will be accepted.
Training sessions/Games
Constructive parent involvement is crucial in your son’s advancement of baseball. The college
bound process needs involvement of player/parent. Our training session will only benefit from
constructive parent involvement. At times coaches will ask parent participation and willing parents will
gladly be utilized.
Parent Commitments
Support and maintain Next Level Procedures Fulfill your parental, financial and volunteer obligations! Allow coaches to perform their commitments on a noninterference basis during games and practices. Express sportsmanship
Fees
The spring fees for 2025 will be over a 6-month period. Monthly payments plus NM gross receipts tax are due by the 1st of every month.
There is a one-time fee per season for USSSA baseball to register each team if we decide to participate in league games
Tournaments- Fees will be divided based on event entry cost, coaches time, travel cost and hotel fees. This year we will ask for all participants on a team to pay for 3 events in 2 full months in advance.
Uniform Policy
A critical step for creating an organizational tradition is to have a unified presence on the field. Next Level is providing a visual identity and substantial amount of money for us to maintain our professionalism. Our players will be required to purchase and wear all parts of the uniform. A cup must ALWAYS be worn. Proper cleats at every game and outside practices. If any part of uniform is missing at game time, discipline action may be a loss of playing time.
